Cookie Policy

This policy covers cookies and similar browser storage used by the Sendnord website at www.sendnord.com and by the Sendnord application at app.sendnord.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

The marketing website sets no cookies at all and writes nothing to your browser's storage. Everything described below belongs to the application and is set only once you sign in.

Each of these is required for the application to work or to keep it secure. None of them profiles you, follows you between sites or feeds any advertising network.

The application also remembers a few interface preferences in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie: your light or dark theme, whether certain panels were left open, and whether you are viewing the demo. These stay in your browser and are never transmitted to us - unlike a cookie, local storage is not attached to requests.

Clearing site data for sendnord.com in your browser removes them, and the application falls back to its defaults.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. Because the cookies above are the ones that keep you signed in and keep the service secure, blocking them means you will not be able to log in to the application: there is no version of the application that works without them.

Deleting cookies in your browser does not affect personal data we store elsewhere. To have that data erased, see "Your rights" in the Privacy Policy.

If we introduce a cookie that is not strictly necessary - an analytics cookie, for example - we will ask for your consent before it is set, update this policy first, and give you a way to refuse or withdraw that consent at any time. We will not retroactively start tracking under the policy you are reading now.
