Questions people actually ask.

What counts as a subscriber?: Your peak number of active subscribers during the billing period. Suppressed and unsubscribed contacts are not counted, so cleaning your list reduces your bill.
Is there a free plan?: Yes. Up to 250 active subscribers is free, with every feature and unlimited sending, and no card needed. If your list grows past 250, you pick a paid tier or remove subscribers to stay within the free plan.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?: No: paid plans are billed from the first day, monthly or annually on the tier you pick. There's no long-term contract, so you can cancel anytime.
What does annual billing change?: Annual subscriber plans cost ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Add-ons use their listed annual prices.
Can the assistant send or delete on its own?: No. Anything outward-facing or destructive is a preview you confirm. Sending and list changes always run through an explicit click.
When do SMS and RCS arrive?: They are in development and there is no announced date. When they ship they will appear inside your existing account and plan.
